Spiral Cycle is Lars Bröndum and Jamie Fawcus. The duo explores a mix of analog and digital textures in live performance. They are currently working on their uppcoming CD which will be released in the Fall 2010. Spirac Cycle compose within the realm of graphic notated scores and free improvisation and often colloborate with other musicians, e.g. Lisa Ullén, David Linnros, Patrik Karlsson, Katrina Widell.

Lars Bröndum is a composer, performer, theorist and guitarist. He has performed throughout Sweden and in Japan, Scottland, England, USA, Spain and Mexico. His music also has been broadcast on radio and webradio in Germany, England, Sweden and USA.

Lars Bröndum is the founder of the independent record label MuArk. He has a Ph.D. in composition and theory from the University of Pittsburgh, a Masters in Music in Composition and Music Theory and a Bachelors of Music degree in Guitar Performance from Youngstown State University. Dr. Bröndum currently teaches music theory, composition/arranging and electronic music at Rytmus in Stockholm, Sweden.

Jamie Fawcus is a composer, performer and sound designer resident in Stockholm, Sweden. He moved to Sweden in 2001 to study at EMS and continue developing his ideas in EAM and art. His interests centre on the language of physical space in acousmatic art, archaeo-acoustics and links between writing and electro acoustic music.

Jamie studied philosophy and political theory at Keele University, England, electroacoustic composition at the electronic music studios in Stockholm (EMS) and film music and musicology at Stockholm University. He is currently conducting doctoral research at Huddersfield University. Jamie is also an active member of the intermedia arts organisation Fylkingen, the Swedish composers organisation FST, and SEAMS, the Society for electroacoustic music in Sweden .
