Tuesday, 07 April 2009 20:03 This is a collaboration between Mattias Petersson and George Kentros. Mattias, the composer and live electronics performer, was born in 1972 on an island off the southeast coast of Sweden. He works mostly within the realm of experimental electronic music and sound art, but he has also been involved in more pop-like projects as an arranger, composer, producer and musician.
George, the violinist, was born in the US but now lives in Sweden. He has performed as a chamber musician, soloist, and sometime actor across Europe as well as in the US, Latin America, and Japan, primarily as a member of the new music ensemble “the peärls before swïne experience”. For the past seven years he has also produced a legendary semi-weekly avant-garde club at a rock cellar in Stockholm. |
