danielsryss Coming from Moscow, Russia, Roman Filippov aka FILQ runs and manages Shanti Records. The label is focused on releasing modern house, techno and disco music on 12"s and selling them all around the world. Jan Jelinek, Move D, Rick Wade, Alden Tyrell, Terrence Dixon, A Guy Called Gerald - those artists are known by any true house or techno lover and all them has already contributed for the label, standing alongside the russian producers like Kausto, Tripmastaz or AntonZap. The label has been featured in many magazines and charted by the top DJs.

In 2011 Roman has started his own synthesizer company SPUTNIK, providing analogue sound modules for different formats & hi-end studio gear for sound-engineers.
