Performace / Poetry - (SE) Welcome to a venue where poetry, performance, debates and concerts are merged into a living turmoil, into spaces of silence and journeys into the unknown. Here you will meet composers, poets, performers, videoartists and musicians. Kenneth Cosimo and Anders Eliasson, Raba-HIFF(600), Eva Erbenius together with Eva B. Magnusson, Adrian Knight, Johan Jönson and Poesi Av Handling.

| Networking Camp Concert | ||
|
In the week preceding the festival there will be a Networking Camp for professional composers and musicians at Klackbergsgården in Norberg.
Each day each composer makes a new piece of music – in close cooperation with the musicians – which is premiered each evening. The last concert of the camp will be public and held in Mimerlaven on friday afternoon with music concieved the very same day.
There are still a few places left, and possibility to join for acoustic or electronic musicians and composers! |

Open StageCAMP303 is the place where you may get to play your own music during the open scene slot. Bring your own instruments or laptop and sign up for a gig. Get your own 30 minutes of fame at the CAMP303 tent! Really Open StageThursday 16-24, Friday and Saturday 12-24. We have listened to the opinions expressed at the festival and in the web poll last year and decided to make a small space for totally unscheduled live concerts, rehersals and mad improvisations. A small PA, a simple mixer and electricity will be provided. Go crazy, but don't wreck anything. Synth swapmeetSaturday 12-13 Bring gear you are tired of or strange gadgets you don't use and exchange them for something else. While swapping stuff with eachother you will be entertained by soothing tunes from master ambient/electronica dj kliin. DIY/Modular gatheringSaturday 12.30-14.30, overlaps with swapmeet This part of the festival is run by the synth experts on the mailinglist Svenska analogsympatisörer (SAS). Bring your homebuilt synths, circuitbent toys or home written software and show them to your fellow soundfreaks. We will propably bring some classic synthesizers for you to play with too. Come and play, listen and talk about synthesizers at CAMP303. Camp303 Acid MayhemFriday 17.00-20.00 Another thing that our visitors kept asking us last year was "where is all the acid music!?" This year we will remedy this by having a massive live acid marathon with six artists. Prepare yourself for hours of squelching melodies and throbbing basslines on Friday evening! Elektron presents: EraseSaturday 15.30-16.30 Erase isn't just a great DJ and musician - his dayjob is at the legendary Swedish synth manufacturer Elektron famous for their SIDstation, Machinedrum and Monomachine. On Saturday afternoon Erase will give us a peak inside live gigging with the Monomachine and Machindrum UW. A short live concert will be followed by a workshop where you can ask questions, look at special functions and try these instruments in our great PA system. Brought to us by Elektron and Svenska AnalogSympatisörer. The FogWhen you least expect it, the fog comes crawling. You know we love those smoke machines... : ) 99musik showcaseA broad spectrum of up and coming talents from the Swedish music forum www.99.se/musik will display their talents. Morning AmbientFriday & Saturday from 10 AM Master ambient dj's Combinetor and kliin will give you a smooth wakeup in the morning hours. |

| Norbergfestival Modul #9 Warm Up 2009 | ||

Norberg Modul #9 takes place on April 25:th at Studenterhuset, Købmagergade 52 in Copenhagen as a little taste of what the Norbergfestival is all about! Come and enjoy the likes of CARBONEIDS, BITMOB and PAZA RAHM and help build the hype for this years festival! It costs 20 DKK and starts at 21:00.

| 10 year anniversary and new web site | ||

Norbergfestival is Europe's premier festival for electronic music and this year we celebrate it's 10 year anniversary! Ten years ago founder Michael "Østerz" Christiansen and friends took the bold step to start a music festival in the abandoned mine area in Norberg. This year the event takes place on July 30, 31 and August 1. The lineup looks very promising and there are even more artists in the pipeline. We also have a new web site online this year. The site makes it both easier for you to find information and for us to publish news more frequently. There are RSS feeds so you can easily get the latest news delivered to your digital doorstep. (The site runs on the open source CMS Joomla.) We look forward to seeing you all in Norberg in July! |

| Åsgruvan open air concert | ||
|
At 19.45 on Thursday evening a train from the historical railway society of Engelsberg - Norberg (ENJ) will take you from festival area at Mimer and bring you to the quarry Åsgruvan where a special open air concert will take place at 20.30. |
